The federal government is an unproductive jobs program, perhaps you like that. NGA uses diversity, equity and inclusion in every missive, but I don't know if anything substantial ever happens.

Cons

a completely inane promotion process cronyism and nepotism inept leadership abysmal management unqualified personnel in leadership positions
