Pros

Company has a nice culture of professionalism and comfort, you can easily bond with like minded people as there frequent social (volunteering, networking events, training days etc.) events going on regularly. Middle managers are pretty chill too, I haven't yet come across any that micro-manage me which is nice.

Cons

No cons generally speaking, there maybe some with certain individuals (not that I've come across any) but company has no cons for me.

Pros

- Great opportunity to learn the business - The rotational aspect really helps - Some helpful trainings - Good growth opportunity - Decent pay

Cons

- Some trainings can be monotonous - There’s not enough flexibility with the grad scheme (you can’t choose to stay in a placement full time even if that’s a fit good for you) - Career growth prospects after the grad scheme are unclear

Cons

Slow moving company, lots of meetings, outdated technology.
