Pros
Very supportive teams, great benefits, great work-life balance, alot of room to learn and grow. In the second of three placements, you get to do a broadening placement (a placement in a field unrelated to the one in which you were employed), thus allowing you to learn even more about the company.
Cons
Could be a pro as well as a con: size of the company. Its huge so it'll take some time getting used to.
