Pros

Overall Good company, decent pay and benefits.

Cons

The HR and Talent Acquisition teams would benefit from modernising and getting with the times. Currently, HR is reactive rather than forward-thinking, with decisions that lack clear rationale and a culture that can feel insular, most of them come across entitled and unmotivated. Within TA, these issues are amplified. Many team members operate under uncertainty due to the frequent use of fixed-term contracts without transparent communication about long-term intentions. This creates a culture of fear and instability. In addition, much of the team’s work is administrative rather than strategic, and operate as glorified admins. Promotions and opportunities also influenced more by personal relationships than by performance or merit, which creates a very cliquey leadership team.
