Pros

Money is decent, pay isn’t too bad

Cons

Long hours, no respect for work life balance. Forced 12 and 16 hours shifts and overnights during storms that aren’t even that bad. You also get forced on mandatory overtime shifts at a moment’s notice due to staffing shortages which is not the employees fault there aren’t enough reps.
