Pros

There are a thousand Pros about working with National Grid. The few I reckon are that there is a great focus on learning and development that enables one to be industry certified. Good work-life balance. The workplace encourages inclusion with collaborative team members.

Cons

Some roles are physically demanding but worth the experience.
