Pros
Very good work life balance- most people work 8-4 or equivalent. Great environment. Very supportive culture. You get out what you put in
Cons
Lack of onsite parking. Traffic around Warwick is terrible. The move from staff to manager is seen as just 'the next career step' so there are many managers who have no real leadership skills and are not trained in managing a team- it's a very unique skill set. Poor performance is not managed well- very easy for lifers to stay for years receiving their pay rises and have no incentive to do anything other than the bare minimum. Slow and bureaucratic at times.
