      Best place I have worked – flexible, interesting, and overall very well treated. There is a genuine opportunity to progress and develop, and the quality of training provided is the best I have received in my career. The work is varied, meaningful, and you are trusted to manage your role responsibly. Senior leadership is engaged and supportive, and there is a strong culture of professionalism and safety.

      Cons

      Travel can sometimes be a downside when working for a large organisation with projects distributed across the country. There can also be differing approaches between teams or departments, which can occasionally lead to uncertainty around benefits or ways of working. That said, these challenges are understandable given the scale of the organisation and are generally manageable with good communication.
