      They treat employees really well. Great benefits, great opportunities to move up in the company, great coworkers.

      Cons

      The company is run poorly and upper management doesn't really understand what's going on with the majority of the company. They pretend to care about our opinions but they don't really.

      lots of travel, you will learn a lot, everybody is very nice, you have the ability to join a rotational program

      Cons

      sometimes have to work long hours for power emergency, no true flex job schedule, work as an intern can sometimes be very repetitive
