Pros

Great benefits, opportunity to learn at a relaxed pace, and a level of freedom to do your job.

Cons

everything else... including but not limited to potentially long unpredictable hours, process' and systems that were outdated before they were even implemented, a lack of knowledge from "support" staff, and a general lack of caring.
