Pros

Good solid job. Will never get rich but will never be poor. I have met and work with a lot of great people and have made some lifelong friends.

Cons

When I started here it was like family. Now we are all just names and numbers. Perfect example - My birthday has come and gone. My service anniversary has come and gone, not one person wished me well. Several people have retired, and some have died, and we don't get notified anymore. It's very sad that National Grid just doesn't care and just thinks of us as expendable names and numbers and have removed all human emotion.
