Pros

Great pay, work life balance, and generally "chill" culture. We get off of work at 4pm everyday and I can wfh 3 days a week.

Cons

Can be hard to get ahold of people due to chill work environment, and promotions are often based on seniority, not necessarily performance. You have to do your time to get promoted.

Pros

Good work life balance Good benefits Supportive manager

Cons

- Lots of change within organization ( new manager & new director all under 1 year ) - Good leadership can really benefit the organization but bad leadership will leave you with no confidence. - Lots of work to be done with limited resource available to execute unless your project(s) are identified as important to business objectives.
