Pros

National grid provides a fully inclusive work environment. The pay and benefits for employees are highly competitive when compared to industry standards. Overall it's a very good place to work, but like any job, has it's frustrations and challenges.

Cons

The challenge of finding the right balance of resource, especially in the current market, is real. Progression into the more senior levels of management is extremely restricted, with more favour being given to some than others.
