Pros

Benefits. Currently transforming to an organization that runs like a public company - i.e. Alignment of goals, managing to a budget, etc

Cons

No planning so most occurrences are a fire drill. Limited prioritization - attempts to do everything vs focus on the top objectives

Pros

Great training and experience. New equipment. Plenty of different fields of work to choose from. The pay is ahead of its competition.

Cons

Your a number, nothing more! There's no room for common sense there's black and white. Company is filled with broken processes. Instead of hiring a full staff, your expected to do the work of two or more. Paid monthly
