Great pay but insanely frustrating place to work

Pros

Pay is great, benefits seem great too.

Cons

Company is so inefficient, wastes $ which is easy for a monopoly I suppose, and the IT infrastructure is a joke. Getting anything done is the biggest most pathetic waste of time ever. And yet, they continue to outsource ensuring the pain goes on well into the future, so foolish.

Pros

Large company, most co-workers are decent

Cons

IS management is totally incompetent. Projects always fail. Employees treated like crap unless you are part of the good old boys club. Entire teams have left due to mismanagement.
