Pros

Both a pro and a con: working here for office workers is very easy and pay is very competitive. There is little to no supervision. Often as I walk by employees in their cubicle, they are surfing the internet looking up recipes or shopping. Personally as someone who works extremely hard, this sickens me to watch. Many work from home with zero supervision. With this, they can do other paying jobs, have your own business from home, take care of your young children/infants, etc. Again, great for employees, horrible for the company but doesn’t appear that National Grid cares. In summary, great pay to do nothing.

Cons

Poor management. No accountability. Age discrimination (older).

Pros

Working on loads of different technology to enhance customer experience, in a mixture of cloud and onsite environments.

Cons

Sometimes doing a lot of things at the same time, planning could be better.
