Really good company to work for

Pros

Good pay rises, higher salary than our competitors Meaningful work Vehicles provided Stable employment Management trying to do the right thing for staff but they do seem to have a lot of red tape to cut through which can sometimes mean decisions don’t get made Staff retention is high

Cons

Negative staff who don’t know the world on the outside from an employment perspective but never leave and all do 30-40 year service! Sometimes listening to this can get you down! Although all you have to do is focus on the work you are doing and enjoy it. Due to being such a big organisation as mentioned it can be hard to get anything done Local management seem to be held up by HR or other teams before they can make decisions, sometimes this can go on for months, which can lead to frustration or lower morale. Not alot of other cons I can think of, if there were I wouldn’t be working here
