Pros

Company has a very good benefit package for 401K (8% match) plus health care, student loan payments, etc.

Cons

Senior Management does a reorg every two years or so and hiring freeze basically once a year when there's a cash flow issue. IT system are oftentimes legacy systems and create major headaches and inefficiencies. Also, bonus structure does not really encourage individuals to overperform (i.e. not much difference between a high performer vs. low performer from an annual bonus perspective).
