Pros

Lots of opportunities to grow, it is one of the most ethical companies, everybody is working with respect and professionalism. Most people work so hard. Management is accessible and I normally go beyond expectations and standards.

Cons

Everything is great, could not find any issues, love this company. Health insurance and pay are great. Flexible time and paternity.
