Pros

This a client based organisation so very good for managers who like managing jobs from a posh office in Warwick and don't want to get their hands dirty . Reasonable benefits

Cons

Promotions impossible , moving to another role impossible , no training provided , support for personal development very low , very political environment , travelling between offices are high.

Pros

Great training and experience. New equipment. Plenty of different fields of work to choose from. The pay is ahead of its competition.

Cons

Your a number, nothing more! There's no room for common sense there's black and white. Company is filled with broken processes. Instead of hiring a full staff, your expected to do the work of two or more. Paid monthly

Pros

Nice to work for a large company because you can change your position without leaving the company.

Cons

I don't have anything for Cons. It is a large company. If you don't like your job, put in for a different position.
