Pros

It's a rewarding and great paying job. Benefits are great, you are you're on boss. It's a challenging job that pays well. Helping people restore their power after storms is nice

Cons

The downside is that they do not really care about their employees. Too many bean counters. All they care about is the bottom line. Money
