Pros

Good pay, plenty of overtime, sharesave scheme

Cons

Poor management, if youre one of your managers favourites you’ll get your own van (no van sharing with someone that lives across the county) pick and choose what work you’re booked in on and pretty much get away with murder. Nepotism, don’t bother applying unless you have a relative or know someone that already works here, HONESTLY! Just take a look at all people joined within the last 7 years in Leicester. If you feel strongly about fairness and equality then don’t bother applying, you’ll find yourself doing a brilliant job for years and people getting perks and getting promoted because they’ve brown nosed their manager.
