      Pros

      Fantastic, generally laid back culture, great offices and facilities. Lots of opportunities to move around the business and gain experience. Very strong company values which are reinforced constantly by senior management.

      Cons

      Culture sometimes a little too laid back- can be difficult to get things done quickly. Some teams also chronically understaffed while others have more than enough people. Mid level management can be hit and miss. Parking and traffic is a nightmare. Constant restructures.

      A significant organisation with a large range of roles and opportunities

      Pros

      Good support for families and the work life balance. The organisation has a good history of technical competence. The company has a stable workload with the Riio contract and with the sale has the opportunity for improvement.

      Cons

      The history of the organisation has resulted in bureaucracy which is slow and difficult to effect change. Whilst there are benefits in functional operation, only if there is very close working between functions which is a significant area for improvement.
