Pros

Great management. Good working hours. Summer less gas is scheduled, so stress is low. Management is very flexible and tolerant.

Cons

Position is underpaid in accordance with industry standards. Besides that I cannot think of anything else to be considered a negative.

Pros

Benefits are extremely competitive, union protection, pay is probably around 10-20k over market rate, pension, solid 401k match, lifestyle balance (40 hrs a week is the norm). College tuition reimbursement is around 90%.

Cons

Union shop so time with company trumps college degree/experience. Workforce is older so atmosphere is stiff for younger employees. Lack of overtime offered for this position while other field workers can work ot whenever they want.
