Pros

Working at a large company provided a wide array of career choices and allowed for diverse project and rotational assignments. Competitive salary and Benedetto offerings consistent with market competitors.

Cons

Corporate culture was not one where employees were valued and it appeared that every opportunity was maximized to reduce space, printers, waste receptacles and quality of supplies. It was so disappointing to observe the morale and employee engagement decline with each incremental change implemented.
