Pros

National Grid provides clean, safe, and reliable energy to the community while also giving back through volunteerism, sponsorships, payment assistance programs, and more. In addition to competitive salaries, employees have access to a generous suite of benefits and are highly supported when seeking advancement within the company.

Cons

Being such a large company, it can be daunting as a new employee to get up to speed on the many departments, roles, and processes at National Grid. But supportive colleagues, time, and experience are all very helpful in getting over that hump.
