Pros

Flex hours. Can coast. Work from home

Cons

No raises for years. Liw compensation. Disgusting buildings and workplace. Bedbugs in Metrotech Brooklyn. Management is out of touch as to what goes on day to day. UK employees deemed more worthy than US.
