Pros

Great company to work for. Excellent Pay but the bar for performance is high. Complex industry which requires a lot of knowledge. Challenging work which requires the best performers.

Cons

There really are no cons to working at this company.

Pros

Flex time/ work from home option and overall benefits package. Offered good training opportunities.

Cons

Solid performance is not rewarded through comparable compensation. Performance management is done by members of the organization who in some cases have no professional relationship to you. Everything is all about "perceived" performance and heresay. A tendency of HR to look the other way. Too many fall guys for upper management's poor decisions.

Lack of communication across functional groups. Hard to move up in the company. Once in salary increases are hard to come by. Lot of office politics.
