I Actually can't think of anything. Maybe salary could be better in comparison to similar roles at other companies.

Pros

I worked at NG for 6 years and worked hard but enjoyed it! The people genuinely want to be "doing the right thing" and there are plenty of opportunities to progress in your career, if you are ambitious and prepared to stretch yourself!

Cons

NG is a large and cautious organisation that makes significant effort to manage it's public image - some of its excellent aspirations are not lived out everywhere, of course, and there is some hesitancy to manage poor performance at all levels.
