Pros

Good job security, friendly people to work with, and a nice atmosphere with opportunities to grow and develop professionally

Cons

The company's constant restructuring makes it difficult for the company to really thrive, as once things settle down, everything is turned upside down causing lack of continuity and passion among employees

Pros

-Depending on your direct manager, the work from home option is probably the biggest pro here. -Benefits and 401K are also good and should be taken advantage of.

Cons

-Very poor management style (lower levels have no say and feedback not taken seriously) -Not very good at promoting and developing employees from within (Promote unqualified or hire from outside for twice the amount and ask other to train them). -Salary levels are not in line with market (either grossly underpaid or overpaid) -Year end Performance reviews are laughable at best, convoluted/bias process -Workplace morale is lowest it's ever been
