- Heart and centre of the UK's electricity network. - Genuine possibilities to guide and steer the direction and performance of the energy industry. - Secure job. - Wealth of expertise. - Incredible work/life balance.

Cons

- Can be excessively risk adverse in areas which don't require it. - Life can feel slow paced at times, other times it can be hectic.

Salary is good. They are slowly getting it about employee support

Cons

The office can be a bit corporate and pushy now. Now very operational, especially since restructure in 2018. Don’t expect to do deep science or engineering here at Wokingham.
