Pros

Benefits are great, work load is manageable, some of the people you work with "get it" and make things entertaining.

Cons

When you work at a facility that was previously purchased by the Grid, it tends to be downsized. Not much organization and compared to other facilities the Whites Path location is seemingly not on corprate HQ's radar. Not all department heads "get it" and tend to cause more problems.
