Great place to work with some downsides

Pros

Good progression and pay, some great people. Despite the cons below I actually enjoyed my time

Cons

Redundancy programme as a result of cost cutting was very very badly designed and managed. Many good people lost but many bad and incompetent people remain. Leadership struggle to see through the bull**** that some of the “favourites” swan around with. Company with great potential let down by short sightedness
