Pros

At National Grid the support for employees (despite constant cuts), opertunitys for training and development, sick leave, occupational health, pension and parental leave to name examples. The is a large range of experience and skills employed at National grid.

Cons

It’s almost impossible to change any procedures or processes. Anything involving IT equipment takes months.
