Pros

Ability to move cross functionally for career development, ability to be part of some innovative energy actions, pay OK

Cons

Leadership needs to align on priorities, need to make sure global priorities are in line with US, need to re-look at internal successors/talent vs external in terms of pay and align closer

Pros

Most staff members level C and below work hard in the interest of our customers. Excellent teamwork in a crisis e.g. Storm restoration

Cons

Clueless senior leadership on both sides of the pond have created a toxic environment that crushes new ideas that might not comply with their dictatorial vision. Employees disengaged and fear the next purge to try and make the latest target numbers promised but due to a failed operating model impossible to deliver.
