Pros

air-conditioning free coffee, tea. and a very clean environment

Cons

very boring, tedious and no room for growth. If that's okay for you, then you'll be fine. Nothing new will happen...

Pros

People are nice and many in the same boat to lean on. Middle level management empathetic to the hierarchical culture and try to off set with being flexible. Good benefits

Cons

Horrible training and on-boarding, no one really engages you with the company and for the first 6 months you're floundering. Very did organized and hierarchical

Pros

The people are awesome! Salary compensation is comparable for the industry.

Cons

Out of touch management, broken systems fundamental disconnect in understanding that the UK and US are not interchangeable. It used to be a fantastic place to work, but the atmosphere is filled with gloom and despair. Employees in the Res Woods office look like walking cadavers.
