Pros
Some of the best reasons to work at Nation Grid are: Upper management does not micro-manage you. They will expect that you learn the job, learn what is expected of you and then perform. (If you are a go-getter and do not need any hand holding then this job is perfect for you) They are flexible with how you run your team. They allow you to develop your own "teaching tools", worksheets and monthly newsletters for your teams.
Cons
Although National Grid was a great place to work, it did have it's down sides: Team moral over the whole floor was low. Constant conflict with management and unions.
