Pros

Pay is above average. Work/life balance. Support from managers and other staff is excellent. Good range of staff benefits (healthcare/care scheme/offers/insurance). Good pension scheme and good shares shave incentive.

Cons

Many teams work in "silos" so unaware of other business areas/impact on other teams. Chain of command/escalation processes need to be more clearly defined.
