Pros

Positive work environment where employees are valued. Pay is competitive and the industry is on the move so there is a lot of changes in the business. The Company supports employees moving and growing into leadership roles or finding work in another location (within the service territory).

Cons

At times, the work can be damanding. Utilitiy work requires the ability to clear your schedule in an emergency. However, they do a great job of recognizing the personal sacrafice in those instances and treats people with respect.
