Pros

The company takes it's infrastructure very seriously and the move to update our electric infrastructure is a great idea. Overall, it's a great place to work.

Cons

I've been here for almost 3 years and I can say there isn't really any cons so far.

Pros

NG is a Global Company with many career opportunities. We are an environmentally concerned company looking for affordable, reliable and sustainable energy sources for our customers. We have a diverse workforce where you can be yourself and have employee resource groups where you can meet people like you. The Salary and benefits are good. Union and management positions are available

Cons

The Salary and benefits are good but may not be as competitive as other industries.

Pros

- The company genuinely supports employee growth through professional development opportunities, internal mobility, and leadership encouragement. - Management is approachable and invested in helping team members succeed. - Competitive benefits package including health coverage, retirement plans, and generous PTO. - Hybrid work model offers flexibility and promotes a healthy work-life balance (if you force yourself to "unplug" off-hours). - Strong emphasis on collaboration and cross-functional teamwork, which creates space for learning and career advancement.

Cons

- The company is slow to innovate, relying on outdated systems and processes that can hinder efficiency and adaptability. - Pay structures are inconsistent, particularly between operations and non-operations roles, which can lead to frustration and perceived inequity. - Communication across teams/functions is often fragmented, making cross-functional collaboration more difficult than it should be. - While there is a push for in-office presence, it doesn’t always translate into meaningful collaboration, which can make the requirement feel unnecessary.
