Confused environment to work in.

Pros

Strong competitive salary. Smart people on the teams.

Cons

Leadership is NOT in touch with the teams. Very confused strategic guidance that often is not in touch with reality or stated direction of the corporation. Sr leadership is not at all interested providing clear direction on expected work product, nor having realistic timeframes to develop work product. It is all too often hurry up and deliver in unrealistic time frames, then the work product is summarily thrown in the waste as unnecessary. If you want to work in a constant fire-drill environment this is the place.

Pros

-Depends on your team, company doesn't pay well, but offers a lot of training opportunities. -My experience has been very average

Cons

-Politics over progress based on outdated hierarchal structures. -Egos over solving real problems. I am not sure there is a push to solve real problems, but rather to further personal agendas. -Promotion is unclear, growth opportunities are non existent.
