-Loads of responsibility bestowed upon you early on -Comfortable company culture with lower stress level than other tech companies -Highly communicative, ethical, and open senior management -Access to lots of internal training and employee development courses -A company that thinks of layoffs as a last resort, rather than a first option -Nice perks at the Austin office like on-site Doctor, 3 cafeterias, sand volleyball courts, and serene nature-surrounded campus

-Financial compensation is on the low end -Performance bonus is based on company performance, not personal performance.
