Pros

Good place to kickoff your career & get better ideas about how the industry works. Almost flat structure, so there's pretty much lack of gap between employees, easing teamwork and engagement. Starting benefit is also good, facilities are awesome, insurance are well-provided and there's meal allowance.

Cons

Lack of transparency at work. The information gets passed everywhere but you, sometimes you hardly know what's your problem till someone told you without being aware that it's about you. Visibility can be improved so that the contributions of individual employee can be seen better. Can be too results-oriented rather than focusing on growth and meaningful contributions. Staff can be working more than 40 hours yet still feeling underappreciated. Salary increment was not planned properly, a lot of movements are about lateral transitions rather than promotions. No bonus handouts even though there's a promise.

Pros

Great work environment, company culture. Trustworthy CEO & executive team.

Cons

Growing pains and increasing bureaucracy as it transitions to a large company.
