Pros

- People focus - Work Life balance - Open and honest communication towards employees - Decent growth despite of economic downturn, enabling relatively good career opportunities - Development opportunities

Cons

- Very relationship based, what makes people life coming from outside sometimes difficult - Hard to drive change - Processes & Policies? Forget them! Someone will get stick to something else and people are free to do that, even if it has impact on others (still works out somehow, but very often it is inefficient and annoying to others)

Pros

The culture, the amount of trust and freedom put in its employees. How you grow in this company is up to you, which makes this place an awesome place to work. Word of caution though, if you're not a self starter and a person easy to demotivate, then this place is not for you.

Cons

Salary, benefits are not good.
