Pros

Excellent career opportunities, cool projects, excellent work-life balance, employees are treated well, very realistic expectations

Cons

Low pay, 3-5% pay increases every year are not exciting at all, that barely meets or slightly exceeds inflation, especially considering starting salaries.

Pros

Great place to start you career. Fairly easy to experience different job within the company ; R&D, MKT, Sales... Good company culture

Cons

Pay is very average. (If you're not an engineer, chances are well below) We've had great company culture for long time, but as we are hitting the $1B mark, we're starting to see the disruption of it due to some hiring from outside, especially in the area of upper management.
