Pros

Good people work there, if they haven't been laid off. Exciting projects, if your manager is not a micro-manager.

Cons

Used to be a great company, with a great culture, now just another large high-tech company, that doesn't put their employees, first, second or even third.

Pros

Friendly laid back work culture. Lots of work-life balance, and remote/hybrid opportunites at the main location in Austin

Cons

Lack of technical growth opportunities. I would like to see some established mentorship programs and career advancement

Pros

People are welcoming, kind, bold and fun in communication. Their voice is optimistic and engaging, they are sharp and smart engineers.

Cons

Sometimes there are gaps between projects and the individual is not being assigned to a project, but in the meantime the company gives opportunities to the employee to self-educate through various online and offline trainings.
