Great products, interesting people, fun environment, lots of energetic and enthusiastic people. Corporate values are solid. Work life balance is good.

Cons

Promotions and transfers can take some time depending on your division. Performance reviews can be a bit impersonal. IT could use an upgrade.

The same freedom that is good sometimes makes thing harder, specially when taking decisions in group. It is necessary to continuously reeducate people motivations according to company culture.
