      Good for first 2-3 years for EE & CS, move on to another career or job afterwards.

      Pros

      Technical challenges are abundant. You will be immersed working with the best and the brightest. Senior management work with you in day to day operational, not just bunch of number crunchers. Bureaucracy is minimal, inter-group collaboration is highly encouraged.

      Cons

      Salary compensation is way too conservative. Management only try to be competitive in the fresh graduate hiring, but once you are inside, salary growth is minimal. Performance bonus is calculated with 40% revenue target, not very realistic for non-start up company. Some of the managers are great engineers, but poor people managers.

      Overall Good Benefits Relaxed Work Environment Youthful Work Environment On-Site Gym Openness of Management

      Cons

      Pay is below industry average Company is unwilling to let bad performers go. Instead all of company takes a 5% paycut when we could have easily let bottom 5 or 10% of bad performers go. Don't punish all of company just to continue to say "we haven't had a layoff". Company is too consensus driven. Some decisions may take weeks to make instead of leadership saying, "this is what we are going to do".
