Pros

The pay and bonuses were increasing alongside a clearer pay for performance culture. US employees are generally great to work with.

Cons

Actively shifting jobs to low cost geographies and laying off US employees to cut costs. Active conflict between divisions leading to circumventing processes and policy. Constant management fire drills to shuffle around employees (akin to rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic). Office space is actively ignored outside of renovated CEO space and a single other floor. No clear guidance or motivation to return to the office. The era of a "great place to work" is now history.

Pros

Low work load, a lot of space to develop yourself with trainings

Cons

Management was not very communicative, you didn't feel like they were advocates for you in the company
