Pros

NI is great about hiring former interns. There is lots of room for growth and the company encourages you to explore your interests. Work-life balance is great.

Cons

The pay is a little low compared to similar companies, but the benefits and company culture is said to offset this.

Pros

Nice crew, Challenging job, flexible schedule, low level programming but also high level, mostly C++ and C# programming. No place for Javaers and the like. Real coding involved.

Cons

The company has quite a low pay, especially in the beginning and there are many workaholics. The fact that the schedule is flexible also means that you can stretch it.
